my name's Shiloe :)
My passion is to serve you by capturing life's sweetest moments just as they are: unposed, authentic, messy, and wonderful. I am an adventurer at heart; dedicated to living life fully and showing yours off in the same manner.

That's why I tear up at every wedding. That's why I adore capturing those small things that make your love unique to you: the tilt in your smile, the way he twirls your hair. The way your nose crinkles when you laugh. I'm a feeler, and I want to help you feel things too; big things, happy things, sad things. To see them as I see them: what that makes you lovely and special and human. Life can be so, so good. I freaking love what I do because being a photographer means I get to highlight the good moments of your life. Wedding Packages start at $2,800 for weddings in Southern California.
You just got engaged surrounded by your favorite things. You've never been so in love. You want photos to capture just how you feel right now, and it wouldn't hurt to have something pretty to put on a wedding invite. Sound like you? An engagement session is like a super special date night with a camera-wielding third wheel, and they are SO much fun. Fill out the inquiry form and let's plan that date.

Sometimes we just need to slow down and appreciate what life looks like around us right now. So, if you're a couple just so mushy-gushy in love, a family about to welcome a baby, two married people celebrating an anniversary, or a grad finishing your education, you're welcome here. Whatever stage of life you're in, it's meant to be celebrated. Let's go take some photos to commemorate your life and all its beautiful messiness. These sessions are some of my favorites because there's really no rules or limitations. We can do whatever, or GO wherever you want. Ready? Me too.

We want to book! What next?
Dude! I am so stoked to meet you. If you haven't already gone over to my inquire page and filled out the form at the bottom of the page, do that :) I'll email you a response to that form within 48 hours and we'll set up a consult call to answer each other's questions. When we wanna make it official, I'll send over a proposal and there you'll sign the contract and pay the retainer. Easy!
Do you have a retainer fee?
Yep! If you're wondering what the heck a retainer is, it's just a percentage of the full price that you put down to lock in your date! I ask for 20% down and a signed contract and that's all you need to get me to your day of choice cryin happy tears over your love.
What should I wear? Where should we go?
I LOVE PLANNING. I have so many cool locations up my sleeve for sessions, and have plenty of venue recommendations for weddings! Let me do the work for you ;) As far as clothes go, wear what makes you comfy! Simple neutrals photograph best, but if there's a bright yellow dress you feel so dang confident it, wear it. You're going to look so cool.
Are your wedding packages customizable?
100% yes! My packages look a lot like what has worked for past brides, but I am extremely flexible and care so much more about making your vision a reality than I do sticking to a set number. Don't hesitate to tell me what you're thinking and I can make a package option that fits you and your love.
When do I get my photos back?
I send a gallery of previews within 24-48 hours of your wedding or session! Then I will keep you updated as I finish the rest of your gallery, but you can expect them in your inbox in 4-6 weeks.
What if we don't know what to do in our photos?
I've spent years getting really good at prompting, not posing. When you get photos done by me, expect to spend a lot of time dancing, running, playing, and staring into each others' eyes as you whisper your in n out order and giggle uncontrollably. I want to make you MOVE because that's when you forget you're in front of the camera, and that's when the real you comes out. It's beautiful, and it's really, really fun.
